If the events are all successful, that artist will be given a prize of $50,000 that they can either choose to keep or use to create one final event at Joe Riley Stadium, from which they can keep all revenue. The proceeds and ticket sales from each of the four initial events will be given to the local rescues, including South- ern Paws Animal Rescue and Dorchester Paws, as well as an orphanage in Uganda that has personal meaning for Gallagher. As an added twist, the show will rely on audience partici- pation from Charleston locals. The musician will be respon- sible for choosing most of the members of their planning team but will be given a bonus team member chosen by the audience... and they won’t know beforehand whether the bonus member is a professional event planner or simply an actor. “We want this to be a big attraction for music and TV lovers in the Charleston area,” said Gallagher. “The live studio audience can have a say in how the competition unfolds, while also supporting a good cause by attending these events.” “Party Animals” will be filmed at two separate locations in the Charleston area. Gallagher has already begun the process of auditioning local musicians for the show and will continue to audition in the near future. He hopes to have at least 10-20 musicians audition in all. Interested performers can sign up on the show’s website, at partyanimalstv.com. Though filming for “Party Animals” hasn’t even started, Gallagher said they are already working on planning a sec- ond season. Future seasons will feature different causes that proceeds from the events will support. Each episode of “Party Animals” will be featured on the show’s website, partyanimalstv.com, along with additional behind-the-scenes footage and exclusive performances for a monthly subscription fee. Leading up to the premiere, view- ers can find additional information on the website or on the Facebook page. U AN EXPERIENCED REALTOR SERVING THE CHARLESTON AREA FOR 15 YEARS. She’s easily the best in the Lowcountry.” — William Snowa “This is the second time we’ve worked with Suzie Smith. She is extremely professional, thorough and has a wealth of experience with real estate. She kept us on track, made sure nothing fell through the cracks and made us feel like we were on the top of her priority list even though we know she was juggling many clients at the same time. I highly recommend this agent. Absolutely the best we’ve ever worked with.” — Gideon Besson SUZIE SMITH The Name to Know in Real Estate Realtor ® Carolina One Real Estate 2713 Hwy. 17 N | Mt.
